Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the General Manager and fellow Service Manager to oversee daily operations.
- Lead front-of-house staff with a focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining a polished guest experience.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the bar and service teams.
- Mentor and train team members to uphold service standards and restaurant policies.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, fostering positive resolutions.
- Support scheduling, inventory management, and operational logistics in partnership with the management team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles (experience in sushi or fine dining is a plus).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and composure.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to effectively coordinate between service and bar operations.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
