Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled, friendly, and energetic Bartenders to join our sushi restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to guests while preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and Japanese-inspired drinks. Our bartender plays an important role in creating a fun and welcoming dining experience for our Guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

  • Recommend drink pairings with sushi and menu items

  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area

  • Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age

  • Process drink orders quickly and accurately

  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system

  • Provide excellent guest service and interact with guests

Qualifications:

  • Previous bartending experience preferred

  • Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and basic bar operations

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Friendly, professional, and reliable

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol
