We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager. This key role will focus on hiring and training, and guest experience leadership — all while helping us build a stronger, more efficient front-of-house operation.

What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor, especially during peak periods
- Create a welcoming environment that drives repeat business
- Leading hiring, onboarding, and training for FOH staff
- Support and coach staff on hospitality best practices
- Elevating guest satisfaction through hands-on leadership and fast, thoughtful issue resolution
- Collaborating with the GM and leadership team to uphold brand standards and drive team performance
- Managing FOH inventory and ordering to keep operations smooth and efficient
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $40,000/year
- Performance Bonus: Up to $10,000 annually
- Health Insurance available
- Full-time role, with flexibility (Closed Sunday & Monday)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a passion for people and service
- Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask across two dynamic locations
- Hands-on leadership style — willing to train, coach, and jump in when needed
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
